About 100 Black Men of West Tennessee
Our Vision
100 Black Men of West Tennessee, Inc. is committed to the intellectual development of youth and the economic empowerment of the African American community, guided by the principles of integrity, respect for family, spirituality, and justice.
Our History
Chartered in 1992, the 100 Black Men of West Tennessee serves as a beacon of leadership, leveraging our diverse talents to create environments where children are motivated to achieve and where our community members are empowered to become self-sufficient contributors to the economic and social fabric of the communities we serve.
What They See is What They'll Be
“What They See Is What They’ll Be” is more than a motto; it is a source of motivation for all members in our 100 Black Men chapter network. It serves as a constant reminder that we must consistently embody the type of people our children will look up to and emulate. We fully embrace the immense responsibility we have to our mentees and our communities.
