F.A.M.I.L.Y. Mentoring Program
Mentoring is at the heart of what our organization offers the community. It helps guide young people through life, builds confidence and self-respect, supports success in school, and encourages them to set and pursue positive goals for the future.
We build strong relationships between members of the 100 Black Men of West Tennessee and youth in the F.A.M.I.L.Y. Mentoring Program to help increase self-esteem by strengthening family connections, supporting academic success, and promoting social and financial responsibility.
Book Buddies
We pair Black men with young students to share the joy of reading and mentorship, helping boost literacy, build confidence, and create lasting bonds with positive role models who inspire success in school and life.
21st Century Scholars
The 100 Black Men of West Tennessee’s 21st Century Scholars Program empowers young Black students to dream big and achieve more. Through mentorship, leadership training, and scholarships, it helps them build confidence, develop life skills, and create pathways to a brighter future.
